Contact – Nzesportsbets
The party behind Nzesportsbets, the ways to reach it and the legal setting of its esports and sports betting coverage are described below.
Who publishes the site
Name, legal form, address and e-mail for direct contact are available at esportsbetsnz.com. They are published so that the site can be identified and so that a question or complaint can be sent.
What the site does
Editorial information about esports, racing and sports betting is the whole product. Nzesportsbets takes no bets, keeps no customer accounts, receives no money and passes no reader on to a bookmaker. A forecast that promises a win is never published.
Betting law in New Zealand
TAB NZ alone may lawfully offer racing and sports betting to people in New Zealand, under section 74AAA of the Racing Industry Act 2020, a position held since 28 June 2025; TAB and Betcha are its online brands. The Department of Internal Affairs supervises compliance. There is no licence to apply for, so no other bookmaker has one. Only adults may bet with TAB NZ, at a minimum age of 18.
Content and links
Articles are written with care and checked from time to time, but odds, markets and offer terms keep changing, and the provider’s own terms in force at the time decide. For decisions taken on the strength of the content, Nzesportsbets accepts no responsibility. The Fair Trading Act 1986 forbids misleading conduct in trade, and the content is written with that in mind.
Links to outside pages were checked when added. The site cannot influence what they later contain, and their owners answer for it. If a link leads to unlawful content, it is taken out once reported.
Copyright
The Copyright Act 1994 protects texts, tables and graphics here. Anything beyond fair dealing needs the editors’ written consent first.
Gambling harm
Betting carries a risk of harm. For signs of excessive gambling in oneself or someone close, the Gambling Helpline and Safer Gambling Aotearoa are the places to turn. Deposit limits, bet limits and self-exclusion are among the tools TAB NZ describes on its own pages.
